As our business continues to expand and grow, we have identified a new opportunity for a Project Coordinator to support our engineering and environmental projects.
The Project Coordinator is the go-to specialist on job creation, administration and closure in our business management system, Business Central. You will lead work alongside the Job Coordinators to create the optimal job structure, provide periodic reports on a job’s expenditure and estimate-to-complete, prepare draft invoices, and close out completed jobs.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of project reporting practices and processes utilising Business Central to assist the lead engineer in managing each job and management visibility of each jobs budget vs actual performance.
